Objective
Verify that your environment meets the minimum requirements to use Plansoar.
Prerequisites
- Your Plansoar instance is already installed and accessible (contact your IT administrator if you need access)
- You have login credentials

Steps
1. Check Your Browser
Plansoar supports the latest two versions of these browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge
2. Verify Access
Open your browser and navigate to your Plansoar instance URL. You should see the login page.
3. Log In
Enter your credentials and click Sign In. If you do not have an account, contact your IT administrator.
Expected Result
You are logged in to Plansoar and see the main dashboard.
